Company Directory Kent Crookston As the Mirror Image Aerospace CEO, and TCB Composite Company Vice President, Mr. Crookston is responsible for new composite part development and related assemblies. His background is well suited for overseeing the demanding Skywalker project. The twenty five years in aerospace composite manufacturing provides knowledge regarding design characteristics, detailed pattern configuration, airflow analysis, complex prototype or production tooling, control surfaces, and mechanical drive systems. Prior to his current duties at TCB Composite, he served as Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Director of Sales at Contour Composites spanning a 17-year period. During this tenure, Mr. Crookston was influential in the success of many aerospace, general aviation, and government contracts. He studied Manufacturing Engineering at Weber State University, received a Bachelors of Science at Utah State University, and completed an MBA at the University of Phoenix in 1998. Patricia Crookston TCB Composite Company Incorporated is a woman owned business, with Ms. Crookston serving as CEO. Her duties include TCB Composite and Mirror Image Aerospace corporate financing, company loan administration, and tax preparation evaluation. She was influential in securing the initial SBA loans, and supporting the continuing banking agenda. Additionally, she oversees the FAA incoming materials documentation program. Her composite aircraft involvement covers over 15 years, with experience in many varied manufacturing aspects. She was instrumental in the three-dimensional large diameter composite duct fabrication process at Contour Composites. She earned a B.S. degree in education at Utah State University, and graduated from Universal Accounting Center. She also trained in IRS Small Business tax code application regulations. Nick Crookston Mr. Crookston enjoys exceptional skills in general management and has officiated as CEO in several businesses. He held key responsibilities in the innovative composite Scimitar Glider aircraft research program while at Contour Composites. He is currently Vice President of Sales at TCB Composite Company, and provides expertise in selection, installation and operations of computerized data processing systems. Additionally, he oversees the marketing program and trade show logistics for both TCB Composite Company and Mirror Image Aerospace. He holds an aviation license, and a prior owner of several single and twin-engine aircraft. He also developed an exclusive STC (Standard Type Certificate) software program for TCB Composite Company’s in-house office use. Neal Crookston Neal has been instrumental in fabricating parts, installing hardware and making the current Skywalker prototype functional. He is skilled in large scale pattern design, tooling, molds, and mechanical linkage functions. Additionally, he is obtaining his commercial helicopter rating at Silver State Helicopters. Rich Hedderich Mr. Hedderich is CEO of Rh Factor Design Consulting, a company specialized in developing three-dimensional SolidWorks designs, for visualizing entry level to completed projects. His expertise provides necessary visual input to create engineering models displaying the metamorphic building transition stages through final assembly. He will continue providing important engineering and computer design analysis for the Skywalker VTOL. His experience includes eight years in providing mechanical and industrial designs for Evans & Sutherland. He generated visual engineering concepts for military virtual viewing display helmets, flight simulators and related hardware. Furthermore, he was the technical tooling designer for Lear Fan, Ltd., where he designed and fabricated a variety of composite aircraft items.
